What's that site got to do with anything?

What's that site got to do with anything, much less the subject of this thread which is "Chinese on Buying Trip in U.S." ?
 
Did you see the article Tom? It seems to fit but Filmaker was lax in his fomenting of an opinion. So since I read it I will throw one out there... should China's buying power of American goods be used to offset other less congenial aspects of its relationship to the US.
 
When I clicked on the site I got an ad for the History Channel, hence the reason for my comment. Clicked again and now it works. Sorry if my remark was inappropriate.
 
Bah, sounds like China just wants to temporarily appease the US because they are under pressure to let their currency fluctuate freely and to stop unfair import/export practices. This is their way of shutting up the Bush admin for a couple months while they milk away at the US economy slowly. Just another day in the dog and pony show of China...
