A group of officers was lost in the woods, they came to a river and had to cross it.

The first Officer Prayed God give me the strenght Poof he had strong arms and was able to swim across after fighting the current for an hour.

The second Officer prayed God give me the equipment to cross the river, then Poof a tub and a paddle appeared so after 2 hours of fighting the current the Officer made it across

The third Officer prayed God give me the intelligence to cross this river poof God made hime a Chief and he walked up stream to the bridge and walked to the other side.
 
Not sure the joke works for me, there is not enough raw material to make a Chief from an officer...
