The Navy denied Chelsea Clinton permission to campaign for her mother on a former bombing range on the small Puerto Rican island of Vieques. Hillary Rodham Clinton's campaign wanted to use the land as a setting to discuss the candidate's plan to clean up the area and turn over some sections to local residents. Navy spokeswoman Lt. Lara Bollinger said no one is allowed to campaign on federal property. Puerto Rico's Democratic presidential primary is June 1.
