AP - In his opening address of a rare OPEC summit, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez warned the United States on Saturday that oil prices would further surge if the U.S. contemplates an attack against his country or Iran.
Chavez is going to end up trying to crush his own rebellion in the near future if he's not careful. He's already diseffected alot of people with his proposed changes to the constitution which would make him dictator for life for all intents and purposes.
