Can russian missiles be put on western planes?

Can missiles like the R-73, R-60 or even the moskit be put onto planes like the Eurofighter, rafale etc. with little or no problems, or would it require a lot of work and making the plane unable to carry western missiles? Thanks

i believe so since both sides use similar planes and missiles.

Depends on the missile but I can't see how a little hard point adapter and software upgrade can't fix it.

With enough time and money, i'm sure you could fit anything. I don't think it'd really be a problem.
