Can someone identify the badge that Gen. Petraeus is wearing above his right pocket (the one with a parachute) in this link:

French Parachute Wings. The French have several grades 6 or 7 I think. That would be one of the Officer Grades.

Petreaus also holds British and German Parachute Insignia.
