But I 'bout started crying when I first listened to this song.

So the letters came
From an army camp

One Friday night at a football game
The Lord's Prayer said and the anthem sang
The man said folks would you bow your heads
For the list of local Vietnam dead
Crying all alone under the stands
Was a piccolo player in the marching band
And one name read and nobody really cared
But a pretty little girl with a bow in her hair

It's a sad song, I agree with all you guys there.
 
You shouldnt be listening to such kind of songs...they make you think of sad things. Switch to something more fun :D

Hey now dont be sad,there are more important thing to wory about like your mother in law or something :lol:
 
wuss (also did what you said) it really gave me more appreciation for all those who go into combat. Also makes me want to join the Corps even more. its not a sad song its a meaningful song (well in my well thought out opinion it is)
