Reuters - Two Bush administration lawyers who authorized harsh interrogation techniques on terrorism suspects used poor judgment but will not face punishment, according to a U.S. Justice Department report released on Friday.

Whitewash!!

If these people don't know the laws they should not be employed as lawyers. But that is not really the problem, I'm sure that they do know the law and are therefore guilty of gross misconduct. They should not only be struck off, but also imprisoned for long periods.

Had Roland Freisler not have been killed prior to the end of WWII he would a,most certainly been hung for similar misconduct.
