BSOD windows XP professional

[Insomniac]

BSOD on my friends computer. all we have is this:

That is absolutely everything we have. if ANYONE can give me any help at all, it will be much appreciated. google has turned up **** all. i can't think of anything either.

If that is ALL he has, it sounds like time for a disk format and re installation to me.
