SAO PAULO, Brazil (Reuters) - Brazil's ruling leftist Workers' Party (PT) lost the mayor's seat in the country's financial capital Sao Paulo in run-off nationwide municipal elections on Sunday, a result which could complicate its task of securing victory in the 2006 presidential race.
