BAGHDAD, Dec 31 (Reuters) - Five people were killed when a bomb
exploded outside the local offices of one of Iraq's main Sunni Arab
political parties north of Baghdad on Saturday, police said.
Another two were wounded when their car was caught in the blast,
which appeared to be targeting members of the Iraqi Islamic party. The party
is the mainstay of a Sunni coalition which took part in this month's
parliamentary election after boycotting previous votes.
