I've mentioned this book before, in some of the threads. A soldiers memoir of his three tours in Vietnam. His first tour was with the 173d Airborne Brigade, and he was at Dak To, then he was an Army Seaman on an LCU during the Tet Offensive, and then he became a LRRP for his third tour. This is a very great book which tells the horrors that our brave soldiers experienced during the war on first account, and how the author deals with the death of some of his close buddies and some of the :cen: up situations involved. Some things will make you laugh to yourself, because of the way Leppelman recollects and just speaks his mind, and I mean really speaks his mind, and I highly recommend this book. Well worth the reading.
