Many years ago when I was a London Bus driver, one of our crews took over a bus full of passengers from a crew who were due a meal break.
The driver of the new crew, for a joke put on a pair of dark glasses and with a white stick began tapping his way around the front of the bus to the drivers door. Fumbling he finally made it into the drivers seat. Passengers in the lower deck with bulging eyes and horrified that a blind person was allowed to drive a bus, were almost climbing over each other to get off.
Someone made an official complaint, the driver was fired.
No sense of humour some people.
