A Canadian bishop says it is scandalous how too many Catholic organisations in Alberta are using gambling and creating a gambling culture in order to raise funds for their work.
I don't think there is a gambling culture in the Church and I wager 100 Milbucks if you can prove otherwise - in fact I'll raise it to 500 :-D
