Let him sue and be damned.

His father was killed while in the process of being apprehended ... after all, he WAS a criminal (he was guilty of the death of thousands) ... AND.. there WAS a warrant out for his apprehension (dead or alive). Let's face it, it wasn't an unlawful death ... not even by the slimmest of reason.

Agreed Chief. Small report appeared in The Daily Star, but we await further info.
