Which is better??

I've been told by some people that Dubbin is better for bulling boots, and other have told me that polish is better,

can any one give me the low down please

I've only used shoe polish, and so far it has been cheap and effective. Even the one's at the dollar store work.

i don't know one of those but shoe polish is the way to go for me go kiwi or its more expensive its called Lincoln in a blue can and you don't have to spit shine and it comes out great

Well Dubbin is actually designed especially for waterproofing so use dubbin when going out in the field but shoe polish is good especially kiwi black polish (This is good because it gives a deep shine)
BUT DON'T CONFUSE KIWI BLACK WITH KIWI PARADE GLOSS BECAUSE PARADE GLOSS LEAVES SMEARS ON YOUR BOOTS.
