I just wanted to know which one you thought was the most capable. I mean all around, so anti-surface, anti-air, and anti-sub weapons. Which one do you think is the best all around?

Currently, most capable ships of that category are aegis equipped destroyers.Since they share main combat system, effectiveness will mainly depend on leadership, training and support.
Personally, I think that F100 frigates / destroyers are the best aegis platform on a cost-effectiveness basis.

Clearly the Arleigh Burke is the most capable all around fighting platform. The Zumwalt class will be better.

And the latest British Type 45 destroyers are the best Air Defence Destroyers.
