I say Australia, viewing the history over the last 60 to 70 years.
I base that on several things, foremost:
- being an ally in WWII, Korea, VietNam, Gulf War, Iraq, etc.
- their votes in the U.N. supporting the U.S.A.

We may not be very "big" in the overall scheme of things, but I would like to think that perhaps we do have a long memory, and as such we support those who have supported us when we needed it.

A big 'yes' to Australia. Australia is sound. And a big 'yes' to Seno's footnote. That is the ticket.
