Weren't there several people here of the opinion that terrorism was growing in the Islamic world and supported by nearly all Muslims? Appears not.

It depends on the territory. I don't think the majority do, but what's no secret is a LARGE percentage does. However, that doesn't mean we can go around treating them all like terrorists. I've had a lot of Muslim friends too.
In Indonesia the movement seemed to be getting stronger and stronger... but the recent attacks may have worked against the terrorists.
