There is no such group as the above.
The ADFRUs or Australian Defence Force Recruiting Units are manned by personnel from all three services Army, Navy and Air Force.
They are posted to an ADFRU for a period of 2-3 years and recruit personnel for all three services.
So a Recruiter from the Army could be recruiting a person for the Navy and a recruiter from the Air Force could be recruiting someone for the Army etc.
ORs or Other Ranks also recruit Officers and vis-a-versa.
