I think it's written by a Japanese punk band, not one that I know of though. Then again, I'm not realy familiar with the scene over there...only really know a single Japanese punk band, Hi Standard.

Or maybe it was a South Korean who made it, but no TV station in South Korea wanted to air it, so they sent it to Kim TV instead :D
