An entire Regiment of Marines lands on a beach. As they rush out of the water, their C.O. spots an Army Private on a ridge. The private yells "Marines are wussies!" and ducks behind the ridge. This angers the general.
"Marine!" he snaps at the nearest private, "Go kill that soldier!"
"Sir yes sir!" And the marine runs up and over the ridge. Gunfire ensues, explosions sound, and screaming is heard. Then, silence.
The Army private then pops back up on the ridge, yells "Marines suck!", and then ducks behind the ridge again.
The general is seething with rage. "Marine!" he yells at the nearest company comander,"Take your company and go kill that soldier!"
So a whole company of marines charges the rise, and again battle is heard. Gunfire ensues, explosions sound, and screaming is heard. Then, silence.
The Army private pops back over the ridge. "Marines wear women's underwear!" he yells, and then ducks back below the ridge.
This has the General hopping mad! "Marine!" he yells at the nearest lt.colonel, "take your battalion and KILL THAT SOLDIER!"
So a whole battalion of marines charges over the ridge, screaming and shouting. Gunfire ensues, explosions sound, and screaming is heard. Then, silence.
The army private pops back up over the ridge. "That all you got? your mama had more energy last night! You marines are coddled babies!" Then he ducks below the ridge.
"THATS IT! THAT IS IT! ALL OF YOU, THE WHOLE REGIMENT! GO GET THAT SLIMY SO AND SO! BRING ME HIS HEAD ON A STICK!!!"
So the whole regiment goes charging over the ridge. The most horrible battle is heard. explosions, fireballs, machine guns chattering, men wailing like banshees. But soon, the screaming and firing falls silent. As the horrified general watches, a lone marine gunny stumbles over the rise. He is burned and bloody, mortally wounded. He drops to his knees in front of his commander, and gasps "General... it was... a trap.... there were... TWO OF THEM!"
