Two other NCOs and me are planning an Airman School for our squadron only (unless we dont have enough) But we are running out of ideas for Perdition Day, and may need some for Judgment Day. any help would be great.

What kinda airman school are we referring too? What do you mean by different "days"? Is this for actual Airman or Airman Basics?
They told me to plan an inter-squadron Airman school for our airman basics, and I refused. I said that I would plan, but I want it to be extended to the group. I want my cadets to learn a variety of ideas.
