What If United States Attack Iran Nuklear Facilities By Air, And Iran Whont Let That Go And Attack American Forces Stationed In The Gulf, How Will The Us React Exept By Air, Beacuse I Read The United States Don't Have Anoff Tropps.

Don't believe everything you read. We have more than enough troops to f*** up Iran if the situation calls for it.

It's easy for the media to say an army is overstretched.
Aparently the US, UK and Aussie military is overstretched according to the media. But within the military it is apparent that this is not really the case. It takes a lot really stretch the resources, especially of somewhere like the US.
What I think is getting stretched is the public willingness to support war, not the army.

true.

anyway the usa couldnt afford another war i dont think, cos their in deep shite in iraq, and iran would be a tougher nut to crack than iraq.

Not quite, Prince. Iran is still a theocracy, but it still has diplomats willing to negotiate with us. Ahmedinejad more or less has his hands tied by the mullahs. While an insurgency is the most likely aftershock of such a conflict, we have more options in working with Iran.

There won't be a war if westerners come to help the people of Iran get rid of the monsterous regime of mullahs.

I don't foresee any insurgency after the defeat of the Irani Military, and even if there was one it would be nowhere near the scale of the insurgency in Iraq. The people of Iran would most likely welcome a change in government.

Uhm no, the insurgency would be three times the size.

The people of Iran are patriotic and love their country, even though some dont like Amendenjad, some people in America dont like Bush.

There was a good show on the discrovery channel last night about Iran, very informative.

Most of them aren't loyal to Ahmendinejad as the Iraqis were with Saddam. Most would love if we threw him from power and held free elections.

Look at most of the fighters in Iraq. They're not Iraqi.

Yeah, what he said. When my brother was in Iraq. He and his old platoon has fought against any foreign fighters that from Syria, Jordan, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Egypt. How did he discovered where did they come from...well, by their accents or told the Marines where did they come from.

Guys this is trolling. Take a look at Eaglehammer's other posts and you'll quickly sort out this is just bait for his anti-american agenda.

Guess you haven't been to the Cav units then mate.

Escorted a guy I know to his demob. Not surprisingly, I learned that they had checked the papers on some of their insurgents, and found Syrian, Iranian, etc. documents.

I do not question it but I am interested in reading more about it (bue due to tons of work I haven't a chance of spending time on google trying to find some information) - therefore I am asking for a link or two :)

I think it would actually be an "easier" war.... in the sense that it'd be conventional large scale/large unit warfare. Not insurgency.
