KABUL (Reuters) - The Afghan Taliban and the United States have been holding talks in the Gulf Arab state of Qatar, Afghan President Hamid Karzai said on Sunday. The Taliban suspended the talks one year ago, blaming "shaky, erratic and vague" U.S. statements.
