72 percent of ALL Black Children are born out wedlock 72% that's totally unacceptable in a Country that values Family Values the kid is born with one strike against him and it only gets worse he grows up in a welfare system and without a father figure around gangs become his family by the time he's 20 he has been in and of the prison system a couple times until he is killed or becomes a killed either way his life sucks , answer cut unwed mothers off welfare , make the father pay support no matter what age the father is make him pay for the kid until the kid becomes an adult , guaranteed there would be changes ,

The fun part is the next brood is 72% and just keeps multiplying ,guess who the hell is paying for all this .
