No harm intended at all.
That remark comes from my own personal history with the 600th Engineer Company (ADM), which was attached to the 91st Engineer Bn of which I was the S-3.
We had all of the ADM platoons of all the Engineer Battalions that had deployed to Viet Nam. We, would jokingly refer to the 600th as the Administration Company.
