Reuters - At least 27 people were found dead in a Guatemalan village near the border with Mexico Sunday morning in one of the worst mass killings in the country in a generation, local police said.

As my wife is from Mexico and has taught me fluent Spanish, I watch a lot of Hispanic news sources.

There are constant reports of finding dead bodies throughout Mexico related to drug carters. Thousands have died. It's gotten to the point where local chiefs of police have given up the badges and fled. Judges are routinely killed.

That this is just now being reported in Guatemala is not that it is just now occurring but because it is just now being reported!!! :confused:
