14 years military experience. Green Card holder. Options?

I am legally residing in the US. I have 14 years of experience flying various types of aircraft in Pakistan Air Force. If I join USAF, Air Force Reserve or Air National Guard, will my prior-service experience be recognised? Will l have the opportunity to become an officer after becoming a US citizen?
