AP - Diplomats from 111 nations formally adopted a landmark treaty banning cluster bombs on Friday after futile calls for participation by the weapons' biggest makers and users, particularly the United States.

The banning of weapons is getting out of control. There is no such thing as a "Humane War". Pretty soon the only weapons we'll be able to use will be pillows for God's sake.
