Yup it's Polish



"Łoś" (moose) was designed in the mid-1930s by Jerzy Dąbrowski.

The first prototype flew on December 13 1936.

A beautiful plane, too bad it was the only good thing in the Polish Air Force at the start of the war other than the Pilots.

Actually the Poles had some very good pilots, it was there aircraft that were not so good. After the fall of Poland, many Polish Aviators flew for the VVS and the RAF. In fact it was 3 Polish squadrons that helped turned the tide during the Battle of Britain.

that's what I said. The only good thing other than the plane here was the pilots.
