I've used Lunarpages web hosting myself for two years now, and I have found (almost) nothing to complain about.
My site www.military-quotes.com started out with 50-100 visitors when I decided to give Lunarpages a try,
and it has grown to 10k-12.000 daily visitors now, and I have noticed no difference in page loading speed and stability at all.

Their customer service is very helpful and friendly, and I've always got a response and the questions
answered and/or problems solved within a few hours after I've mailed them. (I've never tried to call)
I host a couple of sites there, and they called me and setup one of them in just 30 minutes after I ordered it!

The only "negative" thing I've encountered with them was that Lunarpages "forgot" to tell me that they moved my site to a new (and faster) server once, and I encountered some problems with a MySQL database the day after.
I got in touch with their support, and we were able to solve the problem and upload a backup together the same day.
