Principles of Planning - KISS and SERT

Almost everyone here has some form of Zombie plan. But is it any good? Put your plan up against KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) and SERT (Situation, Environment, Resources, Training) to see if it does.
Those principles are covered in more detail here.

The important thing to remember about KISS - it doesn't mean don't be detailed.
The important thing about SERT - The environment dictates the situation. Your resources are only as good as the training.
