Can I put the cadence called yellow bird its a little volgure

No problem, cadences look a little off-kilter when you just write them down prose-like to people who have never heard them and don't know the rhythm. It's a good one though.

You ought to try running to that awful thing (as if marching to it in Basic wasn't bad enough!)

Haha during football practice I became the unofficial run leader (cause I'm the long distance runner) and I would be teaching the team running cadences as we went. It was cool cause then we all started making up our own. Ah I miss football...
