Apparently this aircraft is much more advanced than previously thought... and it seems that it will be given to the PLAAF for trials in 2006 , and is expected to be fully incorporated by 2008. Not sure if its true or not!

That's only a 9 year design period and it will be entering service 7 years ahead of our predictions.
