What was the name of a Soviet POW who has stolen the German plane and has flown it to the Soviet airfield?
And what was his reward for such incredible feat?

Mikhail Petrovich Devyataev
He was arrested by the NKVD, and sent to the former Sachsenhausen concentration camp. However after a year, and the NKVD had checked his story he was released.

OK. Keeping to the aviation theme.

Can anyone name the first German town or city to be bombed, in WW2, in which civilians were killed.

First RAF raid Wilhelmshaven and Brunsbuttel

The first bomb of the war to land on German soil was dropped on December 3, 1939. A Wellington bomber of 115 Squadron, attacking German shipping in the North Sea, suffered a 'hang up' when one of its bombs failed to drop. It fell off on the return trip over the island of Heligoland.

Sorry, what you have posted is correct, but it isn't the correct answer.

I asked for the first German town or city to be bombed, in which civilians were killed.

Are you referring to the RAF raid against the rail yards in Westphalia?
