Post; wrong beach

am curious to peoples thoughts on why every body continues to believe that the australian landings at anzac on the 25th of april were on the wrong beach. since the original orders for the landing from general bridges were for the "first divison to land between Gaba Tepe and fishermans hut"
which they did.

Found out long ago that it was not the wrong beach.
If they had landed at the beach that folk lore suggest they were ment to, then the casualties may have been much worse.
Cheers
