Somewhere in Idian ocean heading towards Russian far east.

It is flagship of the Northern Fleet. I heard a few of Northern ships were sent to Vladivostok to reinforce Pacific Ocean Fleet (Putin is worried about Korea situation). Maybe Tsar Peter is over there too. :)

Fortunately, Putin ain't commander-in-chief of the Northern fleet.
The 099 is coming to Vladivostok to take part in joint exhibition exercises on the event of the 250th anniversary of Vladivostok.
 
Undoubtedly an impressive warship, but the “largest and most powerful”, I’m not so sure.
