AP - On the day to remember the terror of 9/11, the war it spawned in Afghanistan sowed fresh divisions. President Barack Obama, speaking under rainy skies after placing a wreath at the site of the attack on the Pentagon, called on the world to "renew our resolve against those who perpetrated this barbaric act and who plot against us still."
