| Forum Digger | Post; World Cup JokeThe US team and the Trinidad and Tobago team are both sitting at a press conference. A journalist asks the US spokesman what they hope to acheive at this years world cup. The US Spokesman says "I hope we can finish the first game with everyone still on the field and without making fools of ourselves". The journalist then asks the T&T Spokesman the same question. He answers "we are looking forward to beating Brazil in a landslide victory in the grand final". "Isn't that a bit ridiculous" asks the journalist. "They started it" says the T&T spokesman as he points at the US team. Sorry team USA.... I heard that today and thought it was gold.

| Forum Digger | I'll temper this with an Aussie joke. What is the difference between the Aussie Soccer Team and a tea bag? The tea bag stays in the cup longer. |

| Milforum Moderator ![]() | I heard Jay Leno (comedian) on TV the other night talking about the World Cup. He said something to the effect that the US team isn't expected to do much and he was puzzled as to why. He said there are 15,000 immigrants coming across our borders every week. You would think that at least 11 of them could play soccer!
