Post; Who wore these pins and when?

I recently aquired some armed forces pins from a friend of mine. Two in question are identical. The diameter across is 1 3/4" and there is nothing on the back of the pin other than the two pins and keepers themselves. Thanks again Redleg for putting the link to view the picture of it. I would assume it is Navy due to the Pacific Command aspect of it, but when I looked up different sites on Navy Pins, this pin could not be found anywhere.

Keist - my friend who is considered the expert on military uniforms wrote this to me after I showed him your pin:

<<Hard to tell if it is official or just a made up pin. If I had a size reference, it might help determine if it is official or not. The Commander of the Pacific Command is usually a Navy admiral and could be worn on the lower right brest of the uniform>>

Can you give me a size?

The diameter across the middle of the pin is 1 and 3/4 inches. Tell your guy thanks for any more info and thanks yourself for your help Lilmissflamethrower
