Why in God's name would Police feel that it's necessary to handcuff an old lady who has neglected to water her lawn? She's hardly a gangster. Next we will have the flower police going around arresting people because their roses weren't up to standard this year.

The Police deserve to be cautioned for abusing their powers in my view. Why didn't they just shoot her and be done with it.
