| Tribunus Laticlavius  | Only one way for that to happen: Nuclear Holocaust wipes out most of the current powerful nations in the world. Since there is no guarantee that this won't happen, there is no way to know one way or the other. The only other scenario would be for Austrialia to see a massive influx of people similar to what 1800-1950 was for the United States, but there isn't currently a good reason for people to immigrate.
