More fuel for my continuing crusade to inform the world of the unreliability of this monstrosity masquerading as a resource. Peer review only works if the peers are educated and knowledgable, you must vet them. So what if some web-toed bastard from Derkaderkastan says its so and all his cousins from Idiota and Stupidia agree? Argh!!!

It has it's good points I find it to be a very good resource, however that being said you can not solely rely on it. I myself I have tried to note some mistakes in misleading information in there only to have some thinks he knows everything start a pissing contest.

To completely discredit the entire resource I would say no, but with all research one must know how to sift through the plethora of information available and extract what they need.

One major aspect I got from college was the ability to research very well.

-edit

I believe IEEE Spectrum had a article on this or a blurb, hmm maybe it was NASA tech briefs...I'll look it up and try to find a online link to it....

-edit 2

It was IEEE Spectrum in May 06 check it net homies

I love that msn article, BD..."A prolific and highly trusted contributor believed to be a college professor was unmasked to be a 24-year-old college dropout." THATS why we don't trust it...LOL
