Yeah, the desginers took that into consideration, the place the pockets differently, to provide more comfort n stuff for the troops who will use it, that was a good call.

Thats what I heard, I think they took a lot of troop input and put it into consideration for the design and making for the new combat uniforms

Yea, the only other example I know of like it , is the Isreali Merkava Tank, were tankers actaully had input on the design.

In my opinion, always ask the user before presenting him new gear or equitment. But, then agian, I dont know much about the usage tanks, or body armor and combat gear!

And , who knows, what, years from now, what the U.S. Army will use to maybe one day in the far future to replace the ACU...

Who knows...........fiber optic camo, could be anything.

P.S. THe picture of the guy in ACUs, where everything is ACU is from Kosovo. Anyone else think it's weeird that guys in Kosovo have all of their stuff new, while guys in Iraq are >STILL< wearing BDU stuff?
