I could get more technical but then I'd have to pull out my friggin' book. I can't remember what the sizes were. But anyways, water particles suspended in the air bounce all light which is why clouds appear white. Red not getting through water is a totally different thing.

i know. like People with dark skin. they are just people who happen to have large amounts of melanelin pigments in their skin.
