| Milites Gregarius | Post; why the military?many people go onto sites such as these for info and inspiration. Some of the best inspiration comes from other people who are excited about what they do and what they are a part of. It is a good place for people to get info because no one here is a recruiter nor do they have any reason to lie about any military experiences.This is the topic where you can spill your guts about what you dislike/like about the military, whats fun/ hard, true/lie, why to join/not to join or whatever. This way all the military aspirants like all the JROTC cadets and other kids from this site have the real nitty- gritty on the military. So with the future of our country in mind please educate those who are willing to learn  - please list any stories/ info here that you would give as words of advice for newcomers!
