| Milforum Swamp Dweller | U.S.- All over the place. I can't even name half of em, but I 've never seen california or Iowa. Been damn near everywhere else, though. Travelled up into Canada a lot, too: Nova Scotia, Ontario, Waterton, etc.

| Forum Digger | Damn right. Come to Australia. It's a fantastic place.... So good in fact that I haven't left. I've travelled everywhere in this wide brown land except for Western Australia (but only because it is too far away), but I will get there some time. I figured why go overseas until I've seen my own country, and that turned out to be a bigger task than I thought. I'd add a quaint little description of each state - but unlike the US they are so monolithic and huge that they differ vastly from one side to the other. I'll just give some simple dot point descriptions of the states to signify the conflicting nature of the states. South Australia - *Beautiful vinyards *majestic mountain ranges *arid deserts *awesome beaches *Fine arts *Great sports Victoria - *Snowfields *surfing *music *fine art mixed with *the Melbourne Mafia New South Wales - *Mountains and the sea *beautiful beaches *cosmopolitan lifestyle *Money *deseperate droughts *Bushfires *water restrictions Queensland *Tropical Jungles *Great Barrier Reef *Desert Plains *Rugby *The Military *Economic boom Northern Territory *Poverty *Neglect *Deserts *Awesome Tourist sights *Lack of anybody *Nature as far as you can imagine Western Australia *Massive deserts *Beautiful Rivers *Great Surfing *Fantastic food *Pretty much closer to Indonesia than it is to the rest of Australia *Mining Tasmania *Freezing cold *Starkly Beautiful *Under-rated
