Go for a drive, ride my motorbike, have a few drinks with mates. Running or weights training helps blow off steam.

i would have to say that my way to blow off steam is to run. Or drive. go out into the wilderness of the city and just turn up the radio. It lets me think about what i have done. most people say its bad to drive when your mad but i think it really helps me...
