| Milforum Moderator  | last night, I was so tired I went to bed at 8pm, set the alarm for 3:30am and visited the sand man. I got up when I alarm went off, got ready for the day and left my place at 5:10am. My LT called me as I was getting on base and said PT was canceled. That's ok, I went to the pool and swam a mile. I tell you, I had more energy yesterday through out the day than I have a long time. Maybe going to bed early is something I need to do more often...
